Mark Price, 46, of Nampa, was arrested Dec.11 and charged with robbing a Boise branch of Wells Fargo 24 hours earlier.

Witnesses told police a man entered the bank on the 7000 block of West Fairview Avenue just after 5 p.m. on Dec. 10. After demanding money from a clerk, he took off on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Following an investigation in both Idaho and Oregon, the Boise Police Department announced late Dec. 11 that Price was apprehended in Baker City, Ore. BPD stated it received several anonymous tips through Crime Stoppers and was able to identify the suspect and confirm he had traveled to Baker City. Price was arrested in the parking lot of an Oregon motel and taken into custody. He is awaiting extradition.
