Re: “Homegrown Boise Neighborhood Protest Results in Homegrown Compromise

Keep in mind if a developer or homeowner comply with existing permitting codes. they are entitled to build. If the City refuses the grant approval, it is liable for taking a property right.

Re: “Next Boise City Council Member: Holli Woodings? Adam Park?

Hollie Woodings would have much more independence from Bieter's influence. I would hope she gets the appointment as she will also be more electable, having run for Senate.

Re: “Idaho is Second Most Conservative in the Country

Another victory for Mississippi: Two good college football teams.

But Idaho will win the race to the bottom, what with all the current momentum.

Re: “Polygamist Warren Jeffs Was Puppetmaster of Idaho Home Where Abused Boys Were Rescued

Re: “Polygamist Warren Jeffs Was Puppetmaster of Idaho Home Where Abused Boys Were Rescued

It's clear the prosector is a defender of the accused based on a bizarre theory of religously justified child abuse, including rape and incest.

It's the culture for sure, Mr Prosecutor. Now please step down.

Re: “Idaho Says No to Final Resting Place for Veteran and Spouse

Idaho Code still mandates 5 year for sodomy. Why isn't Butch forming the sodomy platoon instead of supporting a double standard which mocks him and brings more disgrace on Idaho?

Re: “Despite Flood of Opposition in 3-Hour-Plus Hearing, Idaho House GOP Gives New Life to 'Religious Freedom' Bill

The likes of Luker and the old conservatives running the Idaho legislature will not change until moderate Republican youths take the party away from the Tea Party-like hard-right conservatives. In most Idaho legislative districts, it can only be done in the primary elections.

Thanks to the two Republicans in the committee that voted against the bill.
