National Cheese Lover's Day: Mozzarella and More

Celebrate National Cheese Lover's Day by learning how to make your own mozzarella cheese, taught by local chef Jered Couch. Participants will learn about the history of mozzarella cheese making, how to judge great mozzarella, and get to take home freshly made cheese. You'll also prepare three dishes using mozzarella: roulade caprese, bocconcini meatballs, and citrus fruit burrata, as well as sample wine pairings. At the end of class, participants will sit down to enjoy this outstanding shared meal together. Plus recipes to take home and beverages available for purchase. For ages 21 and older. Registration ends Tuesday, Jan. 16.
