DO NOT LET THE ABOVE REVIEWS DETER YOU!! My wife and I have a "Date night" every Wednesday, while searching for restaraunts we looked this up and were almost averted by the above 2 reviews...could've been the worst mistake in our date night history. Chef Roland was our waitor and cook, he suggested his specials. We started out with the jumbalaya and collard greens (spelling?) Then my wife had a newly concocted recipe chicken stuffed with prosciutto, 3 kinds of fruit, and topped with a mushroom primavera sauce....absolutely amazing!!! I had a stuffed pork tenderloin. Both were the best meals we've had in a long time. The portions were huge, enough that we'll both have a hefty lunch tomorrow. Along with the meal we both had some very good Louisiana beers. Then to finish the meal we had a rediculously tasty chocolate infused key lime pie. I don't know if they just had a couple of off nights for the above reviews but our experience was top notch food served and cooked by a genuinely nice person. It's a restaurant and chef Boise should be proud of.
