Note March 18, 2009

The main, meaty feature story that was scheduled to run this week was so good, we tabled it for another week and, in its stead, ran absolutely nothing. Makes sense, doesn't it? Faced with either chopping part of the story to make it fit or holding it another week, we made the radical decision to go with the latter so as not to have to cut a single syllable. I'd give you a preview here, but it's a good one, and I want to be sure BW has the privilege of sharing it first.

This week, we welcome a new writer to our pages: Jack VanValkenburgh, former head of Idaho's ACLU. Drop me a line and tell me what you think of his foray into alt journalism.
