If you missed the biggest Boise-based film release of the summer, here's your second chance.

Almosting It, Will von Tagen's feature-length dramedy about a young man forever on the cusp of fame, artistry and true love, will play at Overland Park Cinemas the week of Friday, Dec. 11-Thursday, Dec. 17. Accompanying each show will be a short film, Cougar, by Jane Merrow, as well as outtakes and bonus material from the making of Almosting It.

The film's soundtrack by Boise band Edmond Dantes will be available for purchase for $5.

Members of Edmond Dantes also collaborated on another well-received work, LED's This Side of Paradise.

Paradise told the story of Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald's stormy relationship through dance, music and projected material that debuted in Boise in October. An album release party for B-Side/This Side of Paradise will take place Friday, Jan. 22, 8 p.m. at The Egyptian Theatre.

The event will feature a performance of music from This Side of Paradise, as well as appearances by LED's Andrew Stensaas, Lauren Edson, Jason Hartley and projectionist Kyle Morck. Attendees will go home with copies of the collaborative work's soundtrack.

Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door.
