Less than 24 hours after Boise police circulated images of a suspect connected with an April 1 robbery of the D.L. Evans Bank on the 600 block of Fairview Avenue, a Boise man is behind bars charged with the holdup.

Police credit numerous tips from the public, which led them to the area of Cole Road and McMullen Street where they arrested 32-year-old Michael Osborn.

“We have to thank the concerned citizens around the valley who made an effort to assist us and get us the information leading to this arrest,” said Sgt. Justin Kendall of the Boise Police Violent Crimes Unit.

Osborn faces one felony count of robbery and is set to be arraigned at Ada County Court on Monday, April 4.
