Preserving the Harvest 

When: Sat., Sept. 1, 9-11 a.m. 2012
Price: $15-$17
Enjoy your garden's bounty year-round through storage, drying, freezing and water-bath canning. Get an update on new techniques, equipment and recipes. This hands-on class is designed for beginners and experienced preservers alike. Participants will receive the University of Idaho's best freezing, pickling and salsa booklets, just in time for the fall harvest. Taught by UI Extension Educator Ariel Agenbroad.
