The University of Idaho Confucius Institute presents Qin Bailan’s Chinese Women and Children from History and Folklore, an exhibition of silk scroll paintings. Qin is a world-renowned painter who was named one of China’s “Ten Major Art Masters” in 2005. Opening reception Feb. 16 from 6-9 p.m., with hors d'oeuvres and no-host bar. Exhibit runs daily through Feb. 19.
