Return of the River at Egyptian Theatre Tonight

The Snake River gives life to the deserts of southern Idaho. It waters our crops, drives our economy and has made fertile—and livable—reaches of the Gem State that would otherwise be a wasteland of rattlesnakes and sagebrush. 

Caring for the Snake River has been a major push for environmental groups across the state. Join Idaho Rivers United, Save Our Wild Salmon and Snake River Waterkeeper for a screening of Return of the River tonight at the Egyptian Theatre at 7 p.m.

The film discusses the effort to remove dams from the Snake River to save salmon runs there. Tickets are $10.
