Salmon fishing flummoxed 

After four years of big salmon returns to Idaho rivers, spring Chinook counts are at their lowest levels since 1999. Idaho Fish and Game commissioners cut the salmon fishing season last week to four days per week (Friday through Monday) and imposed a one-fish limit daily, three in possession and 10 total for the season.
