Get your race face on. It's time for Bars & Stripes.

Anticipation is building for the return of a 4th of July weekend tradition: Bars & Stripes, the craziest bicycle scavenger hunt to fill the streets of Boise.

Presented by Boise Weekly and Bikes 2 Boards, the 2017 Bars & Stripes rolls out at noon on Saturday, July 1 from Boise Weekly (523 Broad St.). You can register the day of the race, starting at 11 a.m., or you can stop by BW—we're open weekdays 9 a.m.-5 p.m.—and register before Saturday to avoid waiting in line. Registration is $25.

At high noon, racers will take off, stopping in 10 of our favorite watering holes in Boise to get a manifest stamped. The first person to the finish line with all of their stamps wins, and everyone who registers gets a sweeeeet commemorative Bars and Stripes backpack.

Click  for a downloadable registration form.

Bars & Stripes is open to racers 21 and over only.
