Smashburgers are made with one-third or half-pound ball of 100 percent, fresh Angus beef prepared by smashing the meat on a flat grill. The burgers come with a wide variety of fresh fixings and the restaurant also serves Smashchicken sandwiches, Smashdogs, veggie frites and rosemary and garlic-seasoned Smashfries and Smashsalads. Some items customized for the restaurants in Idaho include a Huckleberry shake and local bottled beer.
