Enjoy a first course of zesty green gazpacho made from roasted tomatillos, lime, jalapenos and greek yogurt, topped with a pan-seared scallop and paired with High Lakes Session IPA.
 Second course features New Zealand Lamb Rack Lollipops, served with a Yukon gold potato cake, pan-seared Brussels sprouts, finished with a Maibock demi glacé and paired with Maibock seasonal lager. 
Top it all off with a rich Milk Stout Bundt Cake served with a Porter molasses reduction, topped with a whiskey caramel sauce, and paired with Whiskey Barrel Aged CoCo Peak Cream Stout.
