Some People Loathe Change

Some people loathe change. Not me. Change forces us to learn from our mistakes and face new challenges. I'm wild for change.

BW is going through some changes with the addition of five new staff members. They all bring enthusiasm, talent and experience with them that will launch us into a new chapter of Boise Weekly. Chelsea Snow, Andy Herber and Dee Harrison have joined our sales team, along with our new sales assistant Amy Stauffer. Shea Andersen has joined us as news editor to continue strengthening the news coverage that Nicholas Collias nurtured over the last year.

On another note, maybe you're wondering why you can't pick up BW at the Len Jordan Building (Washington and 6th) or Job Services (3rd and Main). You're not the only one. At first, it appeared no one had any idea why the boxes were removed, where they had been taken or whom we should contact in order to solve the mystery and get the boxes back. Finally, someone at the Idaho Statesman was kind enough to let us know that Capitol Grounds Maintenance removed boxes without notice. Thanks, Jerry! For those who can't pick up BW at your regular spot, inform the authorities--or us--that you would like your local independent newspaper back where it should be.
