Summer Barbecue Party

To celebrate summer's abundance, Edible Idaho magazine is partnering with Boise Farmers Market and Boise Urban Garden School to cook up a farm-to-table barbecue. Alex Cardoza, former brunch chef at the Modern Hotel, will dish up a locally sourced spread featuring applewood-smoked brisket, sweet corn, potato salad, pullman bread, pickled onions, shaved kale with peaches, summer melon, fresh tomatoes and cookies. Plus local beer and wine, live music and kids activities.
