Ticket Sales Open for Boise's 'Capitol Table' Fine Dining Event

  • Downtown Boise Association
At the State of Downtown Boise meeting April 17, Downtown Boise Association Executive Director Lynn Hightower slipped in one final tidbit after the speakers wrapped, announcing to the crowd that tickets for Boise's Capitol Table would go on sale the coming Friday, April 19—which makes today the big day.

The DBA's swanky al fresco dining event has closed down Capitol Boulevard for an evening each year since 2017, and this year will be no exception. Slated for Sunday, Sept. 8, the dinner will be staged at a single long table running between Bannock and Jefferson streets, with dishes provided by the chefs of The BrickYard Steakhouse, Capitol Cellars, Fork and Juniper. Each four-course meal will be paired with local wine, and sales will benefit Create Common Good.

The event is limited to 190 guests, with each chef serving a fourth of the crowd. Tickets cost $150 per person, with an additional cost for parties of four that would like to be seated together. Get the full scoop here
