Re: “Kenyans Line Up for Circumcision

It's a pity that you have so little understanding of what a foreskin does for a man and a woman.
If it is recommended that a man wear a condom after circumcision, why does he need to give up his most erogenous body parts at all? Circumcision is not consistent. Hundreds of thousands of Americans who died of AIDS learned the hard way that circumcision prevents no disease. is pushing circumcision. The doctors who took part in the three studies you cite, are well-known circumcision advocates, and were known as such before the studies began, especially Halperin, who wants to emulate his mohel grandfather.
If you think circumcision works so well, OK, you go first. I'll be right behind you. Sure, I will.
If men knew what they were missing because of that operation, they would kill those who did it to them.
Circumcision is as helpful to a man, as it is to a woman. Why were the three studies never finished, or the results never replicated in other countries? What about countries where the opposite findings occurred, such as Lesotho? What about higher HIV infection rates in the female partners of the newly circumcised Africans?

Re: “Medical Evidence Shows Circumcision Is Effective In Battling HIV

How much did circumcision help the circumcised Americans who have died of AIDS?
Why is the US infection rate higher than in European countries, who don't circumcise, and who often don't use condoms?
Why is the media jumping all over circumcision, like it has been proven to be effective against anything?
Why does US law make it a felony to remove a girl's clitoral foreskin, but not protect a boy one bit?
Especially when the two most responsive parts of a male body, the frenulum and inner foreskin, are either removed, or permanently damaged by circumcision? The average circumcision removes half the skin of a penis. Picture half the skin of a vulva removed. Why does the picture of that sicken us, but removing half the skin of a penis strike as as normal?
Very few kids are born requiring cosmetic surgery on their penises. Their body, their choice.
