Two Minors Dead, Two Injured After One-Car Rollover Near Mountain Home 

The Idaho State Police are investigating a one-vehicle rollover crash near Mountain Home that happened around 6:45 p.m. on May 8. The crash happened on West Frontage Road south of interstate 84 in Mountain Home. 

According to a news release, the accident involved a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer. All four occupants of the vehicle were minors, traveling westbound on the frontage road when the driver lost control of the car. The car rolled and all four occupants were ejected—none were wearing seat belts. 

Two of the minors were taken to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center via air ambulance; the other two died on scene from their injuries. Families have been notified, but none of the names have been released while police continue to investigate. 

The frontage road was blocked for about three hours while crews cleared the scene.
