Join Jim Zamzow, owner of Zamzows Lawn Garden and Pet stores, for a talk about The Importance of Fertile Soil in Water Purity and Preservation. Zamzow will focus on how consumers and homeowners can help preserve and protect one of the Earth’s most precious natural resources, our water. He'll explain how what we put in the soil can affect our water supply, and the essential role clean water plays in making life better for people, plants, and animals. In conjunction with the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street exhibit, on display through Dec. 3. In the Multipurpose Room.
