World Village Festival

The World Village Festival, a diverse arts, culture and humanities event, is set to kick off its three-day run in Capitol Park, Friday, June 10-Sunday, June 12. Presented by Global Lounge, the WVF hosts multinational performing groups representing a variety of cultures from around Idaho and the Northwest. Through dance, music, storytelling, poetry, film and food, the WVF showcases African, Basque, Bosnian, Chinese, Filipino, Greek, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Native American, North and South American, and Portuguese communities. Hit up this event and you'll feel like a globetrotter without leaving town.
