Re: “UPDATE: Clinton Tries Again to Crack the 'Highest Glass Ceiling'

Remember back in the day when election campaigns focused on the ideals of the candidate, and what THEY could do that was positive for America? Now, it is just months and months of feces flinging and spewing bile at the other side, trying to drag down your opponent far enough to make you look like the better choice. It's like a bunch of three year olds fighting over binkie.

Re: “UPDATE: Clinton Tries Again to Crack the 'Highest Glass Ceiling'

I wish her luck. The flaming has started early and it is going to be fierce the whole time. Eighteen damn months of this crap. I am not going to be able to stand this.
England has the right idea, election campaigning is limited to something like four weeks.

Re: “UPDATE: Clinton Tries Again to Crack the 'Highest Glass Ceiling'

There are pockets of vibrant political excitement stirring in the land over a Hillary Clinton presidency. There are posters being made, buttons being appended, checks being prepared, appointments being coveted. The joint, allied, synergistic constituencies of plutocracy and endless war have their beloved candidate.

As a drearily soulless, principle-free, power-hungry veteran of DC’s game of thrones, she’s about as banal of an American politician as it gets.

What about her forays into fiery rhetoric? Down on Wall Street they don’t believe (Clinton’s populist rhetoric) for a minute. They dismiss it quickly as political maneuvers. None of them think she really means her populism.

Clinton’s rock-solid support on Wall Street is not anything that can be dislodged based on a few seemingly off-the-cuff comments in Boston calculated to protect her left flank. Wall Street, above all, loves a winner, especially one who is not likely to tamper too radically with its vast money pot.

As evidenced over and over again, if the puppet masters want Clinton 2.0 as their puppet-in-chief, she will be the next choice to advance their agenda. If, however, some unforeseen impediment knocks Hillary out of the running, then the puppet masters have Bush 3.0 as a backup.

Re: “Jury: Tsarnaev Guilty of Boston Marathon Bombing

Just another kangaroo court, show trial, for the sheep that are asleep.

In one of the monstrous miscarriages of justice in American history, the accused “Boston bomber” Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s attorney, Judy Clarke, said that he is guilty in spite of a mountain of proof that demonstrates beyond reasonable doubt that it was a drill and no one died.

There is video of the police calling out on bullhorns, “This is a drill! This is a drill!”, there are tweets from the Boston Globe stating that “a controlled explosion” will be set off during the marathon, there is footage showing that, at the time the presumptive victims lost their limbs, there was no blood, which only showed up late on a delayed basis and was fake, Hollywood blood–so what’s going on?

Those that are interested in staying fooled, ignore the links below, all others, take a look:

Re: “Rand Paul, in Presidential Campaign Announcement, Courts Libertarian Appeal

It doesn’t much matter what Rand’s plans are….if the puppet masters don’t want him as their puppet he won’t be sitting in the oval office pushing their agenda.

One thing’s for sure, and that’s that he finally got a clear picture of who runs the show in DC and quickly genuflected to the Zionists pulling the strings that determine who sits in the White House. Sucking up to AIPAC is critical for anyone with ambitions such as his.

Maybe this is why, for all practical purposes, his platform is heavily neocon at this point. Any criticism of the Federal Reserve is just being used to con some of his daddy’s supporters into voting for him, after which he will cave in, just as every other puppet-in-chief has done since Kennedy was eliminated for resisting Fed control.

Rand Paul’s not bothering to own up to his shifting ideology. He’s replacing the extreme positions he once vociferously defended with mish-mashes of conservative pablum and denying that he ever once let libertarian dogma take him down some very scary paths.

If Rand Paul has “crossover” appeal, it’s not because he espouses libertarian positions – it’s because he’s purging himself of his own principles.

Hoping they do the right thing and earmark some of the money to getting Tara Reid healthy.

He will never get the nomination, but if he does, then

Larry Craig was right: Republicans will swallow anything.

Re: “McDonald's-Owned Restaurants Raising Average Wage to Around $10

The irony is they are doing this to undermine the movement for increased minimum wage laws. They have literally calculated the smallest wage possible that would undermine support for increased minimum wage laws. Time to McStrike!

Re: “A New Approach to Stop Drunk Driving

Notice the article doesn't include quotes from law enforcement? Ironically, I doubt law enforcement would support this. The vast majority (over 80%) of DUIs don't involve an accident or irratic driving, but routine traffic stops, and they are a huge revenue generator for local police and city governments. It has nothing to do with public safety.
Preventing people from driving after drinking would "kill the golden goose" for law enforcement agencies.

Re: “Utah Brings Back Firing Squads if Lethal Drugs Are Unavailable

The only thing that bothers me about this whole this is that the only pharmaceutical companies that manufacture the drug we need, are in Europe.
You mean to tell me the thousands of pharmaceutical companies here in the US that dump untested prescription medicine into the market (which now I have to watch the Class Action Lawsuits Attorneys info-mercials tell me how horrible these drugs are) can't intentional produce a drug that kills?

This is good news. People who commit crimes worthy of the death penalty, have by their own actions voided their right to be part of civilized society.

Re: “Starbucks Ends 'Race Together' Campaign, But Effort is Not Over

I have shoes in my closet that are older than the people making coffee at Starbucks. Who needs a philosophy lesson from a teenager covered in tattoos and a pierced eyebrow? And who needs and education from an arrogant CEO on the subject race or any other sensitive social issue … while paying $5-7 for coffee? Maybe he should start a dialong on his coffee that’s priced for the wealthy and privileged – certainly not the middle class. #coffee-for-the-one-percent

BOYCOTT STARBUCKS ! ! Send a message to corporate America that we just want to buy the product. We don't need their opinion on race relations or any other topic.

“The phase-out is not a reaction to that pushback, Olson said. “Nothing is changing. It’s all part of the cadence of the timeline we originally planned.” Schultz’s note acknowledged the skeptics as an anticipated part of the outreach.”

Olson added: “We’ve ALWAYS been at war with racist East Asia. Move along, these aren’t the racist droids you’re looking for.”

Re: “Starbucks Brews Up Backlash With Debate on Race Relations

Mr. Schultz is just another out-of-touch white privileged member of the parasites at the top of the economic heap….or....he’s in touch, but has added a bit of cynical marketing sludge to the steaming pile that’s already foisted on the public.

Howard obviously is clueless about the connection between economic inequality and race ‘relations’. How many Starbucks are there in the ghettos? Is he aware of the Ghetto Latte or the Ghetto Hot Chocolate? If he is, does he think these drinks are made for fun?

Most customers buy Starbucks to show others that they are "someone who can afford luxury,” according to Professor Latte at Temple University: a man named Bryant Simon who's working on a book that promises to be the definitive American Studies take on Starbucks. Has Howard looked at his menu prices lately? Is he old enough to remember when coffee was served for free at restaurants?

What’s typical here is the hypocrisy of a businessman who deliberately talks about improving race relations while pricing out of his shops, the majority of the race he claims to want to race with.

What a Shyster!
