Re: “Child Turned Away From West Ada School Over Vaccinations

Such silliness. "You must fill out my form and only my form or your child can't be educated". When did our country get to such immature levels? I thought education was the paramount issue with a school.

Re: “Child Turned Away From West Ada School Over Vaccinations

God told me I'm special and can drive on either side of the road. However, the police have overruled God and said I must only drive within the law. I feel oppressed and discriminated against. Everyone please band together to help defeat this oppressive traffic law. (Joking of course but that pretty much sums up this vaccine in crowed schools argument too.) I'm wondering if they read from a script or cards during that video clip? Fake crying on cue too, oh my. Any man over age 30 or female over age 10 can see through that tactic.

Re: “Child Turned Away From West Ada School Over Vaccinations

Apparently the anti-vaccine crowd doesn't understand the concept of administrative law. In any case we really should prohibit all non-medical exemptions by statute, it's worked in California to get vaccination rates back above the level where herd immunity isn't compromised. Which is important as no vaccine is 100% effective so even vaccinated people can be harmed if there isn't sufficient herd immunity (note that even without 100% effectiveness thousands of people will be prevented from dying from disease for every one that has a serious side effect or allergic reaction from a vaccine.) Vaccines are like seatbelts im cars, every so often one ends up choking someone who doesn't fit quite right, but far more often they save lives from ever present and unavoidable dangers. You wear seatbelts right?

Re: “Child Turned Away From West Ada School Over Vaccinations

Boise Weekly, I'm disappointed that you did not get the facts straight about Idaho law. This scenario is about obstruction of right to a public education without the threat of discrimination. Sara followed what Idaho Code allows and she was penalized. The school refuses to follow Idaho Code and enforces something that goes around the Code, generated by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, which is not within any jurisdiction to make laws. This needs emphasis, and you failed to deliver that information.

Vaccines are not 100% safe or effective. Vaccine inserts provide a list of "Adverse Events" which can include chronic illness and death. Vaccine manufacturers have been afforded protection against lawsuits by the federal government since the inception of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986 (42 U.S.C. 300aa-1 to 300aa-34). Since that time, vaccine courts have paid out 3.4 billion dollars to injured families. Exemption forms are fraudulent and incomplete since they do not include this information. When there is a risk with any medical treatment, there should be a choice.

Re: “Can Police Prevent the Next Charlottesville?

It was allowed to get nasty... false flag event was needed to reintroduce race to the political debate. Talk to George Soros he if funding the hooddies and the Nazi idiots are very predictable backdrop. It turned out even better then Soros could have hoped for when the Nazi killed people with his car.

BTW: False Flag events have been used throughout history... it is not a new concept nor is it nutty thinking to suspect it happens. Look it up.

Re: “Child Turned Away From West Ada School Over Vaccinations

Looks like your link is broken for Health Freedom Idaho. Health Freedom Idaho is committed to protecting YOUR freedom to choose and your children's access to education. This is a right that is being denied to more and more families. Here is an excerpt from the IDAPA rules published by the Health Department. Its clear that there are only 3 legal requirements to invoke a vaccine exemption; the child's name and birthday and a simple statement from the parent/guardian statement: "I am invoking my child's right to vaccine/immunization exemptions on religious or other grounds."

THE LAW DOES NOT REQUIRE A LIST OF VACCINES NOR AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PARENTAL HARM TO THE CHILD DUE TO DISEASE. http://healthfreedomidaho.org/when-schools…

Re: “One Hot Potato

It's all about divide and conquer, that is that goal. Neither pro nor con leaders care if he is correct. He is a useful catalyst for the political division needed to keep the middle class away from the truth. The middle class must never be allowed to discover the amazing fraud and waste within the government. On rare occasions such as the Texas hurricane the waste and fraud will be too big to hide. The media will run stories about it for a few days then return to the usual distractions.

Re: “Child Turned Away From West Ada School Over Vaccinations

Unless a doctor says the child has a special health condition that should preclude vaccination, the child should not be allowed in school. Many of these cases are well planned intentional points of conflict with larger goals of causing controversy for backing organizations.

I do not believe in forced vaccination, but it is okay if the choice to forgo vaccination results in loss of some privileges for the purpose of protecting the greater good. Many are harmed and even killed by vaccinations but not near as many as they save. If you want to live in a society you need to make some compromises. This is one of them. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

Are this family's pets vaccinated? Someone should check.

Re: “One Hot Potato

Murray and AEI play coy while white nationalists and other "Race Realists" use his Very Serious Research to justify calls for ethnic cleansing.

Also from "The Bell Curve":
Imagine that tomorrow it is discovered that the B/W difference in measured intelligence is entirely genetic in origin. The worst case has come to pass. What difference would this news make in the way that you approach the question of ethnic differences in intelligence? Not someone else but you. What has changed for the worse in knowing that the difference is genetic? We cannot think of a legitimate argument why any encounter between individual ethnicities and blacks need be affected by the knowledge that an aggregate ethnic difference in measured intelligence is genetic instead of environmental.

Murray is either intentionally dishonest or a dunce. I would assume the former.

Re: “One Hot Potato

All I know for sure is the biggest liars in the history of the world are political operatives on the political extremes who tell their greatest lies during the times they are attempting to gain power. Such as the lies of the Bolsheviks in the 1910-20s, the Nazis in the 1930s and the lies of the American extreme left today. (Don't worry about the extreme right in America, they are a bunch of miserable low IQ nuts who mostly fight within about who makes the best beer or best guns.)

Also a prior post asked about the Asian excellence. Why no reply? They are in fact smarter than everyone else in spite of horrendous savage political problems in nearly all Asian nations until very recently.

Re: “One Hot Potato

And here is the American Psychological Association's task force "Intelligence: Knowns and Unknowns"...

"The cause of that differential is not known; it is apparently not due to any simple form of bias in the content or administration of the tests themselves. The Flynn effect shows that environmental factors can produce differences of at least this magnitude, but that effect is mysterious in its own right. Several culturally based explanations of the Black/White IQ differential have been proposed; some are plausible, but so far none has been conclusively supported. There is even less empirical support for a genetic interpretation. In short, no adequate explanation of the differential between the IQ means of Blacks and Whites is presently available."

Re: “One Hot Potato

Since I am guessing that neither the writer of this article or these handful of commenters has actually read "The Bell Curve," I will quote the one and only paragraph in the book in which the issue of genes regarding the black-white IQ gap was discussed:

"If the reader is now convinced that either the genetic or environmental explanation has won out to the exclusion of the other, we have not done a sufficiently good job of presenting one side or the other. It seems highly likely to us that both genes and the environment have something to do with racial differences. What might the mix be? We are resolutely agnostic on that issue; as far as we can determine, the evidence does not yet justify an estimate."

Re: “One Hot Potato

He's a pure and simple racist. I've read his writings; it's indisputable. That so many Republican figures and legislators are attending this event speaks directly to their willingness to support racism and racists. By attending this dinner, part of their ticket price will go to Murray. They are paying money to support a racist. It's not complicated.

He might be full of crap, but can anyone explain why Asians are beating all other races in every way except athletics? It certainly is not their brutal societies giving them the advantage.
